Hamburgers

Comments:
Most people would consider hamburgers a quick and inexpensive meal. We use so much ground beef and make so many burgers that it is no longer either. As a matter of fact, we only have hamburgers when ground beef is on sale for 99 cents a pound, or when our homegrown tomatoes are finally ripe. Wegmans had ground beef on sale and Lachlan chose to make hamburgers. (He considers hamburgers easy; I don’t.) By the way, we go through 7/8 of a 10 oz jar of dill pickle relish and most of a 24 oz bottle of ketchup for one hamburger dinner. And we also slice one large Vidalia onion and use up most of that, too.
